Before you begin

  • You need a valid email address that you can access.
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You need the email address throughout setup so you can verify it.
  • One Economic ID is enough for supported EcoWestern services.

Creating your account

Enter your account details

Navigate to id.ecowestern.net/auth/signup or click Sign Up in any EcoWestern app when prompted. Enter your email address and choose a password. Use a unique password that you do not use elsewhere.
Use a unique password you don’t use anywhere else, or generate one with a password manager.

Add your personal details

Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth.

Choose your country

Select your country from the available list.

Finish your account

Enter your phone number when prompted and submit the form. Economic ID then sends you to email verification.
The current signup flow requires an email address, password, personal details, country, and phone number. If a field behaves differently in your region, follow the instructions shown on screen.

Verify your email

Open the message sent to your signup address and follow the verification link. If you do not receive it, see I did not receive an email.

Already have an account?

Go straight to id.ecowestern.net/auth/login to sign in.

Troubleshooting sign-up

  1. Check your spam / junk folder.
  2. Make sure you entered your email address correctly.
  3. Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
  4. If the email still hasn’t arrived after 10 minutes, return to the sign-up page and re-enter your details to trigger a new verification email.
Try signing in at id.ecowestern.net/auth/login. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password.
Try again in a supported browser. If self-service options do not resolve the problem, open a support ticket. Account recovery is not guaranteed.
