The simple version

Economic ID is one account for supported products in the EcoWestern EcoSystem. You can sign in with your email and password or use a passkey. An authenticator app may be required if you enable two-factor authentication.

What happens when you sign in

Open a product or connected application

If you are not signed in, the product sends you to the official Economic ID sign-in page at id.ecowestern.net.

You sign in with your Economic ID

Sign in with your email and password or a passkey. Complete two-factor verification if prompted.

You're signed in — everywhere

Supported products may recognize your active Economic ID session. Availability depends on the product, browser, and device.

You're sent back to where you started

Economic ID returns you to the product or connected application that started sign-in.

How long does my session last?

You may be asked to sign in again after a period of inactivity or when additional security verification is required. Session duration depends on the product and security configuration.

What happens when I sign out?

Sign out from Economic ID or a product when you finish on a shared device. Sign-out behavior can vary between products; if you need to end access elsewhere, sign out of Economic ID directly.

Your privacy

  • Your password and authenticator codes should only be entered on id.ecowestern.net.
  • Connected applications do not receive your Economic ID password.
  • Do not share passwords, passkeys, verification codes, or recovery codes with another person or application.
