Create a deck
- Go to Envisiondeck and click “New deck”.
- On “Start with a blank stage.”, name your deck. The placeholder is “Untitled Deck”.
- Click Create deck.
The deck editor
The editor header shows:- The deck title, which you can edit inline.
- A save status: “Saved” or “Saving…”.
- A slide counter, such as “Slide 1 / 3”.
- A Background color button.
- A zoom control from 25% to 300%. Click the percentage to reset the zoom to fit.
- The Present button.
Draw on a slide
Slides use the same canvas tools as inline canvases in notes:- Select — pick and move elements.
- Draw — freehand drawing.
- Shapes — Box, Circle, Star, and Arrow.
- Text — click to place a text element, then double-click to edit it.
- Color — 10 preset swatches plus Custom.
- Font size from 10 to 72 for text elements.
- Delete — remove the selected element.
Speaker notes
Open the resizable panel at the bottom of the editor and type notes for each slide. The placeholder is “What do you want to say on this slide?”. Notes appear below the slide while you present.Present a deck
- Click Present.
- The presentation opens fullscreen with a dark background.
- Advance with a click, →, Enter, or Space.
- Go back with ←.
- Press Esc or click Exit · Esc to stop.
Limitations to know about
- Presentation is local-only on your screen. Decks cannot be shared, exported, or presented to remote audiences.
- There is no deck export in any format.
- Deleting a slide or deck is permanent. There is no trash or recycle bin.
