When you sign in to Enfusion, you land on Home. This page introduces the main areas of the workspace.

The sidebar

The sidebar on the left is your main navigation:
  • Home — your greeting, recent work, apps, and pinned items.
  • Discover — the template and app gallery.
  • Recents — documents and notes you edited recently.
  • Starred — a placeholder for a future feature. It has no page yet.
  • Shared with me — documents other people shared with you.
Under Apps, you find the four Enfusion apps: Envisiondocs, Excelerate (coming soon), Envisiondeck, and Envisionjot.

The top bar

The top bar contains:
  • A search field with the placeholder “Search your documents and notes…”
  • A New button that creates a new document.
  • A theme toggle for light and dark mode.
  • A Ctrl K button that opens the command palette.

The Home page

Home shows:
  • A greeting and a Recent list of your latest work.
  • An Apps grid with shortcuts to each app.
  • A Pinned section. If it is empty, you see “Nothing pinned yet. Pin documents to see them here.”
If your account is managed by an Economic Organization, Home also shows a banner: “This account is managed by ”.

The command palette

Press Ctrl K (or Cmd K) from anywhere to open the command palette. From it you can:
  • Jump to Home, Discover, Recents, or Shared with me.
  • Create a new document or jot.
  • Switch between light and dark mode.
  • Run commands for the page you are on, such as renaming a deck or adding a tag.
Use the arrow keys to navigate and Enter to run a command. Press Esc to close the palette. The palette also fuzzy-searches commands as you type.
