This page covers the most common Enfusion problems. Try the self-service steps here before contacting support.

”You need to be signed in to create a deck” or “…a note”

Your session expired. What to do: Refresh the page. Enfusion sends you to Economic ID to sign in, then returns you to where you were. See Sign in with Economic ID.

”Could not create the deck. Please try again.” or “Could not create the note. Please try again.”

This is usually a temporary network or service problem. What to do:
  1. Retry once.
  2. If it keeps failing, check the status page for service issues.
  3. Try again later if the status page shows an incident.

”Deck not found”, “Note not found”, or “Document not found”

The item was deleted, or it belongs to a different account. Enfusion enforces ownership server-side, so an ID or link alone never grants access to someone else’s content. What to do: Confirm you are signed in with the account that owns the item. If the item was deleted, it cannot be recovered — there is no trash or recycle bin.

Changes are not saving

Check the save indicator in the header:
  • “Saving…” — a save is in progress. Wait for it to finish.
  • “Saved” — your changes are stored.
  • “Unsaved” — changes are waiting to save.
What to do:
  1. Press Ctrl S (or Cmd S) to force a save.
  2. Check your connection. If you are offline, changes cannot save. Reconnect and save.
  3. Reload the page and confirm your latest changes are present.

The canvas feels laggy

Canvases slow down with many elements. What to do: Zoom out with the zoom control (25%–300%), or split content across more slides or canvases. See Use inline canvases.

Sign-in problems

If you cannot get past Economic ID, see Troubleshoot Economic ID access.
