Enfusion gives you several ways to find documents and notes. Use the search field in the top bar. Its placeholder is “Search your documents and notes…” Search matches the titles and content of your documents and jots. Title matches rank first. The command palette (Ctrl K or Cmd K) also searches as you type. Search only surfaces your own work, plus documents explicitly shared with you. You cannot search other people’s content.

Recents

Recents in the sidebar shows documents and notes you edited recently, merged into one list and sorted by last edit. The page subtitle is “Pick up where you left off.” If you have no recent work, it shows “No recent work yet”.

Shared with me

Shared with me in the sidebar lists documents other people shared with you. Items are badged “Read only” because share links never grant editing. If nothing has been shared with you, the page shows “Nothing shared yet” with the note: “When someone shares a document with you, it will appear here.” To see everything shared with you, open Discover and use View all under From your network.

Command palette

Press Ctrl K (or Cmd K) from anywhere. The palette lists navigation commands, creation commands, and commands for the page you are on. Use the arrow keys and Enter, or keep typing to filter. See Tour the workspace for details.
